Returns & Exchanges
When you buy something from Hammer & Heart, I hope you love it. However, if you change your mind you have 30 days from the dispatch date to return full-prices items to me for a refund.
**Sale items are final sale and can not be returned.
**One of a kind or pieces that are customized can not be returned.
Please keep all original packaging and return the items undamaged.
If you return an item, I will examine the item and will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period.
I do not process exchanges. Instead, please ship your return item to me and purchase your new item through the website.
Shipping
I currently ship to all 50 states. I do not ship internationally.
Due to the nature of the business, each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production and 3-5 business days for shipping.
Although I use all means to endure your order is delivered on time, I can not accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside my control. I will inform you of any unexpected delay.
Please be aware that customers are responsiable for payment of sales and shipping tax.
Payment Options
Upon checkout, you have the option to choose between payment directly on the website (through Square), or off-site with Paypal. The on-site payment through Square are securely processed with our SSL certificate. You can also opt to pay securely on Paypal website.
Orders made on our site are charged instantly.
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase. When I've shipped the item, you will receive another
e-mail containing your shipping information.
